Clarvida, a leading health and human services provider, asked Folklore to solve a unique challenge: create one holistic online experience across a company that previously had 25+ sub-brands across hundreds of locations in 17 states.SolutionTo make this happen, the Folklore team conducted intensive discovery including conversations with all the Clarvida state leaders and service category leaders. From there, we completely reimagined how they organized and showcased their services, programs, location details, and more—all while also creating new homes for more robust storytelling to bolster recruitment efforts.
